Hotels Rules and Regulations


Check-in and Check-out Policy

Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated, subject to availability.


Identification Requirements


All guests and visitors must present valid ID cards. Foreign nationals, please provide your passport and valid visa


Guest Registration and Accommodation


Accommodation is only provided to registered guests. To ensure a smooth check-in, please complete the registration process at our reception desk upon arrival.


Visitor Policy


Visitors are permitted for a maximum of 2 hours and must depart by 9:00 PM. All visitors must provide valid identification at the reception.


Key Collection and Payment


Room keys will only be issued upon completion of the registration process and payment of the full accommodation fee. Please note that check-in, key collection, and payment take place exclusively at the Hotel Reception.


Payment Terms


- 100% advance payment required

- Payment must be made at the time of check-in or prior to a stayover

- Personal checks are not accepted

- Tariff rates are subject to change without prior notice.


Cancellation and Amendment Policy


- Cancellations made at least 1 day prior to arrival are free of charge.

- Cancellations made less than 1 day prior to arrival will incur a 75% cancellation fee, based on the room rate.

- Amendments or changes to bookings are accepted up to 24 hours (1 day) prior to arrival, subject to availability.


Please note that all cancellation and amendment requests are subject to hotel policies and availability.


Extra Guest/Child Policy:


- Extra adult: ₹1000/night

- Extra child (6-12 yrs): ₹800/night

- Children below 6 yrs: free

- Children above 12 yrs: extra adult rate


Breakfast: ₹299/person (extra)


Taxes: 12% on room tariff, 5% on food (as per government directives)


Amending Your Stay


Please confirm your departure date upon arrival.


- If you shorten your stay after check-in, a one-night room rate and tax will be applied.

- To extend your stay, please notify the Front Office at least 6 hours prior.

- Extended stays are subject to availability and hotel approval​


Terms of Stay


Guests are required to comply with all applicable laws, government regulations, and hotel policies.


Room Assignment and Security


- Rooms cannot be transferred to a third party, even if the paid period has not expired.

- Guests are responsible for ensuring their room door is properly locked when leaving.

- Lost room keys will incur an additional charge.


Conduct and Disturbances


- Guests must not disturb the peaceful stay of others.

- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating this rule.


Liability and Responsibility


- The Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests' belongings.

- Guests are responsible for their own belongings and actions.


Hotel Rights


- The Management reserves the right to request a guest to vacate their room or the hotel premises without notice or explanation."

- Respectful noise levels, especially in groups, due to residential location


Outside Food

Food and drinks bought from outside the hotel consumption in the restaurant and common area is not allowed.

Online Ordering Food from Swiggy, Zomato or Restaurants Directly: The guest needs to come down to the lobby to collect the food. Plus plates, bowls, spoons will not be provided to the guest for the same purpose.


No Smoking

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Smoking in hotel rooms, corridor, staircase, restaurants, and lobby is strictly prohibited. Designated smoking areas outside the building are available.


Care for the Environment

Switch off lights and AC when not in use. Ensure that taps are always turned off after use.


Housekeeping

- Daily housekeeping: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (priority cleaning available upon request)

- Linen and towel change: every 2 days or upon request


Damage Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property and amenities, and will be charged accordingly.


Safety Precautions

Please familiarize yourself with emergency exit instructions and locations upon arrival.


Cancellation and Refund Policy


- Applies only to direct bookings (hotel website or phone), not OTA/agency bookings


Cancellation Terms:


- 24 hours' notice required to avoid cancellation fee

- Cancellations within 24 hours: 1-night room rate fee

- No-shows: full reservation amount charged


Cancellation Procedure:


- Notify us in writing (sales@vasateehotels.com, frontoffice@vasateehotels.com) or through our online booking system


Refunds:


- Processed within 7-10 business days

- Issued in original payment form
